1xbetapp Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

One Account Per Person

Where duplicate accounts are detected, 1xbetapp reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold bonuses, and retain winnings generated through the duplicate accounts.

3. Account Registration

Identity Verification (KYC)

1xbetapp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal – and in some cases before certain deposit thresholds are reached – you will be asked to submit documentation confirming your identity. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested.

4. Account Security

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Deposits are processed instantly for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay)
• Bank transfers via IBFT are typically credited within one business day
• Card deposits are processed in real time subject to your bank's approval

Deposit Restrictions

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where the source account or card belongs to someone other than the registered account holder – are not permitted and will be returned.

1xbetapp reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large or unusual deposits. This is part of our anti-money-laundering obligations and does not imply any accusation against the account holder.

6. Withdrawals

• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 10 minutes
• Bank transfer via IBFT: same business day for requests submitted before 5pm PKT
• Card withdrawals: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

KYC and Withdrawal Holds

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification cannot process withdrawals. 1xbetapp may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request while verification is completed. We aim to resolve all verification cases within 24 hours of receiving the required documentation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may be claimed once per player unless stated otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will result in disqualification and account closure.

• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus not wagered within the stated timeframe will be automatically forfeited.

Placing and Confirming Bets

A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received a unique bet reference number and the bet appears in your account's bet history. Until that point, a bet has not been successfully placed and no liability rests with either party. The odds shown at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet – subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is concluded
• An obvious pricing error was made by 1xbetapp at the time of placement
• A match is awarded or decided under circumstances outside the normal rules of the sport (e.g., walkover, disqualification before event start)

Live (In-Play) Betting

In-play odds on 1xbetapp update continuously. It is your responsibility to confirm that the odds shown reflect your intended selection at the time of confirmation. 1xbetapp reserves the right to delay or decline in-play bets in circumstances where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe the bet is being placed with knowledge of an event outcome not yet reflected in the odds.

Maximum Winnings

Individual bet and accumulator winnings may be subject to maximum payout limits. These limits are displayed on the relevant market pages. 1xbetapp will honour winnings up to the stated maximum regardless of the calculated potential return.

9. Casino Games

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game's information panel. RTP is a long-run statistical measure and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Bets placed in casino games are final once confirmed. There are no cancellations of casino bets after the game round has begun.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game round, 1xbetapp will review the game log and settle the round based on the outcome recorded in the server-side game history. If no valid outcome can be determined, all stakes will be returned.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1xbetapp and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

4. Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage
5. Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic betting strategy intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome using bonus funds
6. Using any automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with 1xbetapp
7. Colluding with other players in casino card games or poker to gain a shared unfair advantage
8. Any attempt to launder money or use 1xbetapp for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment
9. Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the 1xbetapp customer support team

1xbetapp cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory bodies in investigations involving suspected criminal activity on the platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Any interruption to platform access caused by events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Account Closure

You may close your 1xbetapp account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

1xbetapp may close or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached these Terms
• We have reasonable grounds to believe fraudulent or criminal activity has occurred
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

In the case of account closure due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from those funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

16. Amendments to These Terms

1xbetapp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active players by email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of 1xbetapp after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
